Join us in beautiful Palm Springs for the Washington Group Practice Owner's Summit. Invest in the growth, balance, and sustainability of your practice. A three-day event (January 28–30) designed exclusively for group practice owners and practice leaders. This will be our 4th WAGPON Summit - we’ll come together to learn from and with each other, share resources and tools, and explore the intricacies of this work together.

Event Details

  • Dates: January 28-30th (9:00am–4:00pm each day)

  • Location: Palm Mountain Resort & Spa

  • Capacity: Limited to 35 attendees to keep the event intimate and collaborative

Cost & What’s Included

  • Registration: $575 per person

  • Includes:

    • Conference room and meeting spaces

    • Presenter fees

    • Continuing education credits (CEs), final number TBD once we have a better sense of registration/attendees/etc

    • Taxes and event insurance

Please note that the registration fee is an estimate based on projected costs. If our actual expenses come in lower than expected, all attendees will receive a refund for the remaining balance - as happened at summits in the past.

Not included:

  • Lodging

  • Transportation

  • Meals

Because this summit is primarily peer-led, early registration helps shape both the session content and the collaborative learning experience.

Hotel Information

A block of 15 rooms has been reserved at the Palm Mountain Resort & Spa for summit attendees at a discounted rate:

  • $249 per night

A direct reservation link will be provided for booking within the WAGPON room block.


Please note: there is no requirement to stay at the Palm Mountain Resort & Spa. Attendees are warmly welcome to arrange their own accommodations nearby to fit personal preferences and budgets. Palm Springs offers a wide range of options within walking or short driving distance of the venue.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change, and we aim to be transparent and fair while honoring the commitments required to host this event:

  • Full refund:

    • Cancellations made on or before November 1st, 2026

    • Full refund minus transaction fees 

  • 50% refund:

    • Cancellations made November 2nd - December 31st, 2026

  • No refunds:

    • Cancellations made after December 31st, 2026, including no-shows

  • Transfer of registration:

    • You may transfer your registration to another practice owner from your organization up to January 10th, 2027 by emailing sara@seaemdr.com with the new attendee’s name and contact info.

  • Event cancellation or postponement:

    • If the summit is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, public health concerns, or venue closures), all registration fees will be refunded in full, minus any non-recoverable transaction fees.
